This relatively low-cost board works perfectly with my Dell Dimension B110 system. I actually was able to configure 2 screens on this new board and still use the existing controller for a third screen!!
Note that this is for a business system -- no gaming, so YMMV.

I purchased this (along with the DiabloTek 400-Watt ATX Dual 80mm Fan Power Supply from Amazon.com and two 512MB DDR PC3200 memory modules from Crucial.com) in an effort to revive an old Dell Dimension 2350 that I have. After reading several reviews and doing a little research/comparision shopping on the interweb, it seemed the EVGA 256-P1-N399-LX 6200 was best PCI video card for the limited funds I was willing to throw at the 'ol Dell.
I followed the instructions in JR's review for this video card from August 1, 2008, but I continued to get a black display. After a little Google action I found these instructions in Dell's support forums (http://en.community.dell.com/forums/t/17424537.aspx):
* Click Start- Control Panel- System
* Click the Hardware tab and the Device Manager button
* Open Display Adapters
* Double-click the Intel listing
* Under Device Usage, change this to "Do not use this device (disable)"
* Click OK- Apply and/or OK
* Close all boxes
* Click Start- Shutdown- Restart- OK or Click Start- Turn Off Computer- Restart
* Restart the system
* Press F2 at the blue Dell logo screen
* Right arrow to Advanced
* Down arrow to Peripheral Configuration- Video Adapter and change this to PCI or AUTO
* Press F10 to Save and Exit keeping your changes
* Power the system off
* Open the case cover and add the PCI video card
* Connect the monitor to the added PCI video card
* Power on your computer
* Let the computer boot up and load the drivers off of the CD provided with the card for installation
Voilà! After about a week of use since the upgrade I'm very pleased. I can use 3D modeling software on that machine now, plus the results that I have received when using CS3 and Corel Painter 10 on it seem to be more true. No - it's not a hardcore gaming macine now, but I wish I would have done this a few years ago.
